Created in 2020 with Axeleo Proptech 1 (2020), this €40M fund is specialized in Proptech, Contech, Urban Tech, Energy and Smart City. The purpose is to reduce climate impact of the Built Environment, make real estate more accessible and build faster and better to support demography. Sustainability, efficiency, and accessibility are the 3 main principles of this fund.
For 2025, based on this framework and this experience, we'll launch a new seed fund focused on Urban Transitions.
