Delighted to announce our new investment in the seed round of Kadiska along with Acequia Capital and business angels!

A market radically changed by the cloud and the future of work

The digital end-user experience is present in all modern businesses making Digital Experience Monitoring a strategic topic. Also, with the acceleration of home office due to the Covid crisis the last two years, measuring the Digital Employee Experience has become a major performance issue for companies.

Historically focused on network visibility from point A to point B (Network Performance Management), the challenge has now become much more complex with the advent of the cloud and SaaS applications. There are a multitude of possible paths between different points, and even more so with an encrypted approach. This gives much less visibility than before.

A new tech angle allowing clients to identify and solve digital performance issues

Thanks to Kadiska's technological approach, the customer can now have an exhaustive and precise view of what is happening on his network and identify the potential reasons for performance degradation. All this by combining (i) real user experience with in-depth technical testing, (ii) machine learning for benchmarking, alerts and guided diagnostics, (iii) hands-off implementation and autonomous maintenance, (iv) a global network of performance stations. This technical approach convinced us of its value and differentiation and also convinced several Tier 1 clients to monitor their digital performance.

An ambitious seasoned team of entrepreneurs with unfair market access & knowledge

The team behind this project is not new to the digital performance market. Indeed, Gilles Huguenin and Boris Rogier had previously launched the company Performance Vision which they sold to the Canadian company Accedian at the end of 2017. After a few years in the North American group and after meeting their two other associates Guillaume Savary and Thierry Notermans, the 4 decided to launch a new venture in the digital experience monitoring.

A big congratulations to all 4 and delighted to welcome you in our portfolio, and also delighted to be able to count at our side our colleagues and friends from Acequia Capital!
